I’ve been feeling down recently because of all the symptoms I suffer from since my thyroidectomy to the point I was regretting having the surgery. Despite this, something good happened. I got my period today! For years, my periods have been so irregular, sometimes none for few moths and flow can either be so heavy or very light but since my thyroidectomy, I had 2 consecutive periods 34 days apart with normal flow. Small win that I feel like I needed to share
