does anyone know more about how this drug and Sertraline interact with each other. I am not sure which drug can effect the other and how? My concern is my Sertraline may be less effective whilst on Levothyroxine. Or the other way round for that matter.

According to NICE, the effects of levothyroxine may be slightly decreased by treatment with sertraline. But don’t worry unduly about it—it may mean you need slightly more levothyroxine while you’re taking it—then again, it might not make any difference at all. See how you go.
