Results, pls advice

Here is my copy of thyroid results and wld love to hear your inputs before I go and see private dr on Friday. At the min, I tend to feel sluggish in the evenings which I expect it's normal. I wld feel fantastic after taking t3 and crash again later. I take t3 5mg in the morning and 5mg of t3 at lunch time. Along with 125mg levo mon to sat , 100mg on Sunday. When I do feel great I do housework then next day I feel terrible lol.

was early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

T3 ….day before test split T3 as per normal but take last 5mcg dose at around 8pm (approximately 8-12 hours before test)

Assuming testing correctly looks like you need dose increase in Levo or T3

You probably eventually are going to need to increase both, but we only change one thing at a time

Which brand of Levo are you taking

Suggest you increase Levo to 137.5mcg daily as this will improve ft4 and Ft3

Retest in 8 weeks

Aiming for both Ft4 and Ft3 at least 50-60% through range
