Hi, I have been on Lansoprazole for about 10 or 12years maybe longer but they seem to work quite well for me, I normally take one at 9.0clock in the evening and that is a 30mg, when it's bad in the day I take a 15mg at lunch time which normally works for me but I am very careful in what I eat because obviously it does affect my stomach if food is a bit spicy, hope this helps.
