This appears to have been sourced in a Portugese speaking country.
What strength are they?
I need high dose T3-only to function and due to availability I sometimes rely on out of date T3 tablets... but would be reluctant to use any more than 2 years out of day, for fear of reduced potency
Liothyronine, available on prescription from (some) endocrinologists in the UK, is an equivalent product....available in different strengths.
Speak to your GP who may refer you to endocrinology

Have you tried putting Liotironina in your search engine, it will take you to info available on Portugese sites? But probably a wild goose chase!
I'm assuming you wish to source T3.
