75mcg. T3 single dose upon waking. Severe constipation day 3

I've been trying t3 only from Paul R. along with Crt3m. It seemed okay at first and then it stopped. So I decided to skip the 4am dose and tried taking 75mcg at 7am. 1st day felt like the lights were coming back on. 2nd day I was very nervous. Today I am severely constipated with a low grade fever of 100 Fahrenheit and experienced the 3pm crash hard. I am truly at a loss and I can't stop crying

Your body is adjusting to the single, high dose of T3... which it apears to need

You were previously splitting your dose....maybe you need slightly less in a single dose.

A single dose of say 70mcg is likely to provide a better push against any cellular resistance than several smaller split doses.

This allows more hormone to be available to enter the nuclei of the cells at one time..

There it attaches to the available T3 receptors, becomes active and remains in the cells for about 3 days before being used as required to a fulfil it's functions in the body

As the body uses some T3 it is constantly being topped up constantly

But, as you use some every day, it is continually being topped up in the cells from the dose you take

For good health every cell in the body must be flooded with T3 by way of an adequate and constant supply.

I need 100mcg T3-only daily which I take in a single dose at bedtime. I'm not a fan of splitting the dose

i would be inclined to work towards a single dose, it is perfectly safe so long as the dose is not excessive to your needs...like any other medication. It will take time to settle so be patient

Thanks for putting me somewhat at ease. When starting your t3 only, did you experience the same symptoms. Did you start dosing in the am and then later before bedtime? Will this work with tertiary hypothyroidism? I will take your advice and lower the dose.
