How long to stop B vits inc biotin before thyroid labs

How long before labs to stop B Complex Solgar-50 which contains D-biotin 50mcg and does it make much difference.

I suspect this question has been asked a Zillion times but on googling there are various answers from 2 days to a week

If taking any supplements with biotin in, stop these 5-7 days before testing, as biotin is frequently used lab testing equipment. Taking biotin supplements can falsely affect test results
