I’ve come away on vacation with the incorrect levothyroxine dosage of .025mg I am currently on .137mg and was hoping someone could advise me where I could obtain the correct dosage as I’m here for another 4-6 weeks. Thank you

where are you on holiday

Which country

If in U.K. and you have a prescription a pharmacy can issue emergency prescription to cover you or if not see a doctor for temporary prescription

So Pharmacist may be able to help

If not see a local doctor, explain and request a temporary prescription to cover your holiday

In the UK we pretty much have 25, 50, 75 and 100 microgram tablets. (There are a few 12.5 microgram tablets but they are rare and much more expensive.)

Do you have medical insurance? If so, maybe contact them to see if they will offer help.

Is there any possibility of someone at your home sending what you need? It is legal to receive such medicines for personal use. And some postal services are quite fast.

It is worth trying a pharmacy. I have no idea what they will say or do! They do have some leeway to help if they decide they want to. But you will have to pay for any tablets they supply.

Adding:

If the first pharmacy refuses to help, it could be worth trying another.

Unfortunately I don’t have medical insurance. I’m a senior citizen and haven’t had private health insurance for a few years x

Well - definitely try a pharmacy, or two, or three!

And good luck.

Don't hesitate to add a reply or post again if there is reason.
