Tinnitus (noise in head) and high blood pressure can be hypo symptoms - and the fact that BP medication doesn't bring it down suggests that for you it is a hypo symptom. So, I would guess that you needed to increase your levo, not reduce it.

Do you have any thyroid blood test results to share with us - with ranges? :)

previous posts you still showed

TSH to high unfortunately no Ft3 result

Very low vitamin D and B12

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Tinnitus (noise in head) frequently linked to low B vitamins

Have you added vitamin B complex and increased B12 dose

How much do you weigh in kilo

High TSH result suggests need INCREASE in Levo

Suggest you start vitamin B complex

Retest thyroid including TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 approx 8-10 weeks after reducing dose Levo

I am hypo and have had tinnitus really bad constantly buzzing in my ears all they say is. Oh there's nothing we can do for that. I bought a sound machine to try to distract myself to sleep . I remember it started 3.5 years ago the same day I took medication metranizole affected me very badly and I was so tired by early afternoons I was incapable of doing anything only sit about tired so I had to do anything I wanted to in the morning . Took about three months to feel any better I don't think it will ever go now. But shoupd it go when thyroid treated adequately I would be over the moon it's very hard to live with as you know. . Just blame hearing loss normally. Getting older. I remember having it when I was about 21 too. Only for a little while. It's a very nasty thing. .hope you get some improvement. X

hi I was the same there isn’t any medicinal treatment. Mine didn’t go just got worse. But after a hearing check I was offered a hearing aid. It makes so much difference as I can set it on sounds for tinnitus and it cancels out the noise.
