i raised euthyrox to 100m i was taking 87.5 by cuting 50mg my last test was 3.43 since i started doing this my pulse go as low as 59 and my bp is high stomach not well i felt beter with the dose 87 what is your oppinion pls

you need to wait minimum 8 weeks at higher dose and then retest

It’s common to initially feel worse as you increase dose

You need to wait

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Typical to feel worse weeks 4-7…..and start to slowly improve at weeks 8-12

Likely to need further increase after next test
