What are you taking for your thyroid?

What time of day was your thyroid test and when did you take last dose of Levo?

FT4 is only 40% of its range, needs to be in the upper quarter. Also TSH is still above 1 so you have room for a dose increase of up to 25mcg a day.

Are you supplementing vitamin levels, if so with what?

Have you also tested Vit D3, B2 & folate?

I'll tag FallingInReverse to look at the iron panel.

I've been supplementing folate & B12...B12 is over range now though πŸ™ˆ...will add results below for that one

Vitamin D result & folate.

I've been taking D3 but only 1000 in oil so getting a new one with K2 added to hopefully raise vitamin D.

I've been taking b12 & folate for a couple of months & it was only 500mg to start with.... so can't see why it's so high?

B12 over....

1,000iu vit D will never be enough to get your level to optimal. Suggest you try either the Better You mouth spray 3,000iu which is 1,000iu per spray and use 3 sprays per day or Bare Biology mouth spray, again 3 sprays per day, thats in oil already and both have K2 included.

Folate & B12 are both good. Don't worry about B12 being over range, its water soluble so any excess will be exctreted by your wee.

FT3 is horribly low and no doubt will be causing symptoms but hopefully the vitamins will contribute to better wellbeing.

TSH at 2 is actually not bad which is surprising considering the low FT3.

Would this one be OK?

Thats only 2,000iu so you will need to take 1.5 doses per day. It looks fine otherwise.

Don't know how to add more pics so will add the other pic below...

Would this be OK? I take the folate & b12 in this make & it seems to be good

That would be fine although not easy to adjust dose if you need a little more.

Yes just checked the amount & I think I need 4,000 a day according to the online check that was recommended...so yes drops probably better to take to get to that level. Thank you for all your help & recommendations πŸ™

Hi...just wanted to check...with these drops I've now got the new ones with K2 in, should I double the dose for a while to get my vitamin D levels up? & then test again to see where I am in a couple of months?

Just stick with what you think will be your correct dose, otherwise you wont know what dose you need when you retest.

Give it a good 3-4 months before retesting.

I don't currently take anything for my thyroid, was hoping to get test results back to see if anything up as gp says everything fine. But that was just tsh tested with them....this was a very comprehensive test with blue horizon that included pretty much everything, even sex hormones & cortisol, magnesium, fbc ....I had a hysterectomy in 2018 & not taken anything to help with that so think all my hormones out of whack at mo....have had those tested too & the doctors comments on all the tests were very helpful. Low haemotcrit & kidney function etc, almost too many to look at really. Thanks for your help...

diagnosed2013,

Do you take any iron supplementation? Your ferritin while still in the reference range is a lot higher than normal and if you're not supplementing I would definitely take your results and speak to your GP.
