Does anyone have summer and winter settings on combination dosage ?

What level of change do you make ?

I am only 2 years in but I seem to be hitting the same "slump" in November,

More tired, less tolerant, several brain fog starts to the day .

I am awaiting blood test results but looking to increase my dose.

I am on 125 mcg T4 (AM) and 2 x 6mcg T3 AM and PM

I take vit D3/K2 , B complex, cod liver oil

Thanks

Yes I have to up my doses of T4 during the Winter months by approximately 5 mcg and then down regulate if extremely hot in the Summer months.

The thyroid gland after all is a thermostat and we turn up and down our thermostats in our houses so our bodies need the same if applicable.

Just another point please be careful with cod liver oil it can be very toxic to the liver particularly where metabolism might be sluggish as it can be in thyroid dysfunction.
