Dr. Osansky was a former Graves patient. I found the content on his web page and his FREE content very very helpful.
Without going into any detail. I have provide the link. I will say that even the most knowledgeable moderator or experienced patient on this forum WILL find out that there are gaps in their knowledge that DR. OSANSKY fills in his SAVE MY THYROID PROJECT.
Again, apologies IF this is an old thread, BUT even if it is, maybe some newer patients may not be aware. Great Insight!.

That's just an advert for his books, isn't it? We've see so many of those. So many reasons why it's not going to work. And I'm not going to buy the book.
Looking pass his attempt to sell books, he is still providing a lot of FREE very helpful information with guidance an all aspects of thyroid issues. Unfortunately I cant find the ORIGINAL link I subscribed to to getting the free daily updates on Graves,Hashimotos, autoimmunity triggers. Sorry for not "drip feeding you information". But here lies a drip. mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#i...
Not sure what that link goes to? If it is a link to one of your emails, it isn't going to work for anyone else.
And I highly recommend that anyone who wants to subscribe to such things uses a "throwaway" email address. (I'm familiar with Apple's Hide my address facility but similar facilities exist in all sorts of other systems - e.g, Mozilla Firefox.)
I don't want your drip-feed, thank you very much, because I doubt he has anything to say that I haven't heard before. You know what they say: there's nothing new under the sun. And when you've been hypo for a while, and reading avidly, you pretty quickly cover most of the known ground - useful and otherwise. So, unless he has priviledged information about brand new research, I doubt he has anything useful to say. If it were possible to reverse Hashi's, or whatever, I think we'd all know about it pretty quickly. That sort of thing gets around fast.
