Are any of you struggling with falling asleep or staying asleep? Do you have any tips or advice—such as supplements or other strategies that have helped you? I also find myself waking up to go to the bathroom 2-3 times during the night, even if I avoid drinking water after 7 or 8 p.m. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Ps I already take magnesium glycinate and progesterone

I’m currently on 75 mcg of levothyroxine and 5 mcg of T3. I was previously on 10 mcg of T3, but my endocrinologist wanted me to lower the dose due to my suppressed TSH levels. The usual story... I agreed to try the lower dose for a month, mainly because she insisted and was willing to prescribe it. Normally, I purchase T3 on my own. It’s possible that reducing the T3 from 10 mcg to 5 mcg is contributing to my sleep issues, though I had some trouble sleeping even before the adjustment. Now, it seems to be affecting me more.
In a combination dose, 75mcg Levo & 10mcg T3 is a low dose. You may well be under replaced, especially if Endo is insisting on normal range TSH which isnt likely when fully replaced on Levo+T3.
Hi Clara62, I don’t think the body stores Vit C. It just uses it. I think it’s transient thing and gets cleared from the blood relatively quickly by the kidneys. That’s why it’s always good to take slow release Vit C tablets so the levels in your blood stay constant for longer. You can get these from Holland and Baratt. As far as I’m aware there is no test for Vit C.
