Can I have a bit of help on these numbers please? (attached screenshot with ranges below)
Just had bloods back NHS and was expecting my TSH to have gone down. Was upped to 75mcg/100mcg alternating days beginning of July. Prior to that I was taking 75mcg daily and my TSH was 2.95 and T4 15.7
Today's results
3.01 TSH Range 0.27-4.2
16.7 T4 Range 11.1 - 22
Results end June before Levo increase
2.95 TSH Range 0.27-4.2
15.7 T4 Range 11.1 - 22
They are pretty much the same which i find so strange as I feel remarkably much better!
And certainly much better than when on 25mg and was on my knees in pain (and brain fog, and all the other symptoms) - was around 7 TSH and swinging between 11 and 17 T4 then.
I have purchased a Medichecks test for a broader picture as have been trying to boost vitamins but not done this yet.
I've never really understood where T4 should be either - nearer the top end?
Should I be less fixated on numbers as feel ok, or push to up the Levo and lower TSH?
Ps I'm in Club Hashimotos if that is useful info
Thanks!

Not anywhere as good as I feel now. I still had aches and pains in joints (none now) . Previous month was 15.9 and then it plummeted following March 13.9 so all over the place. The GP had put me on steroids in August 23 for the joint pain which is ridiculous as it's all thyroid - but that may have affected results.
Can I ask about the % as I don't understand. Are we aiming to be top/100% on FT4?
Going to be interesting to see what my T3 is as have never had that tested
Ft4 only 51.4% through range - this bit. I still can't work out what is a "good" % here or really what it means. Have you popped up one of your fab posts to explain. I did try to find it.

Vits done across March/May this year before I was really supplementing. Thats why I ordered a private test to to see what they have done, if anything. Attached are the current set where I was only really taking magnesium, tumeric.
Iron has always been on the floor but GP always with the "Its in range" chorus!

The endocrinologist I see (NHS) is utterly useless. Because I feel well I know he'll say to stick to it unless I ham up symptoms. I doubt he'll even see me again because..."it's all in range"
You asked where in the range your FT4 ought to be. Usually people on this forum recommend the top third (i.e.over 66%) or top quarter (75%) of the range. Hope that helps.
