thanks to advice from Regenallotment and SlowDragon yesterday! I contacted my GP to see if they would agree to a trial increase in levothyroxine to 112.5mcg and they have šŸ˜Š Iā€™ve promised to retest privately in 8 or so weeks and share my results with GP so that they know Iā€™m not over suppressed. Iā€™ll cross the bridge about low TSH when I come to it.

Iā€™ve also decided to stop my three arrows for now and wait and do a full iron panel with next blood tests. Iā€™m hoping I can use them at some point as they were quite pricey!

Thanks again for this forum. I wouldnā€™t have the knowledge or confidence to navigate this journey without members here!

good work! šŸ‘

My GP will happily run a full iron panel if I ask, especially if I say Iā€™ve been taking high strength supplements. Give it a try, Ito save you some money. Low ferritin feels awful.
