Hi recently seen private endo. Bloodtest t4 21.5 (range 12-22)T3 3(range3-6.5

T.s.h 2.2(range0.5-5.0)

He told me ranges are good but say i can have t3 if i want it. My choice. Is low t3 detrimental to long term health, or is it ok. Is my t4 detrimental to my health.

It looks like you don't convert well, your FT4 result looks high in range but yes low T3 can give you lots of symptoms.

FT4: 21.5 pmol/l (Range 12 - 22) 95.00%

FT3: 3 pmol/l (Range 3 - 6.5) 0.00%

These can be quite individual, for me its brainfog/mental sharpmess, aches, energy, digestive health - (I get reflux with low FT3)

I want to ask... what was your testing protocol, did you take your T4 Levo 24 hours before and what time of day was your blood test for these results?

You wouldn't want your FT4 any higher, there are risks to health long term of having such high FT4.

How are your key vitamins? Have you tested those recently?

Lower vitamin levels can also affect your ability to convert T4 to T3. We need our B12, D, Folate and Ferritin optimal.
