Hi everyone, please can you advise me on Methylfolate capsules. I am currently taking Terra Nova folate tablets. Does anyone else take this brand and is it a good one? Can anyone please give me the name of a really good brand that you are taking. Thank you so much

Are you having issues with the Terra Nova product?

Many of the available methylfolate products state that they contain Metafolin® - a branded form of methylfolate. In general, I'd not expect any of the other products (same dose, same branded ingredient) would be significantly different. But if anyone has experience which says otherwise, please let us know!

I usually get the Jarrows brand, which I’ll take when I’m coming up to a blood test and I need to stop the daily Igennus Super-B complex (because of the biotin content) which also contains methylfolate.
