Hi all,

I did a home test earlier this year after covid that showed I'd become hypothyroid, (I'm now ok).

I would like to show these results to my specialist but he only accepts results that have the patients name on the same page as the test results. MMH have graphs meaning my details at the top of the page only remain visible with the first test result.

Is there a way of getting all results (eg TSH, FT4 & FT3 ) written without the graphs so my name remains showing at the top when I screen print? I've searched both on the website and phone.

Maybe see if MMH will send in the required format or even ask for a hard copy to be posted?

Hi radd,

Could you cut and paste all the information you want onto one page then print it or send it electronically to your specialist?

i would find out who his secretary is and make contact with him / her. They may be able to suggest a way through.

It's covered in the FAQs monitormyhealth.org.uk/faqs

HNWN,

Yes, I know his secretary as been with him for years. She would insist on results with the name at the top and has helped me previously to construct a PDF document. We have to be IT experts when we're hypo 🙄!

How do I send the results to my doctor?

The best way for your doctor to have a copy of your results is for you to go to your account dashboard, view the results and then right click to "print", then select "print to PDF" in the options. This will then produce a PDF document you can take or send to your doctor showing the results and the graphs giving them our reference ranges.

That's it!! 👏👏

Thank you RA for doing the sensible thing and reading the FAQ's 😁. I have created PDF's plentiful times previously and just forgot how to do it. Maybe lingering -brain-fog -after-effects- of a recent hypo encounter 🤷‍♀️.
