I am going for Thyroid Bloods on Thurs morning at 8.30am. Is it 24 hours before that I need to have taken my last dose of thyroxine before blood draw.

Short answer - yes, last dose Levo 24 hours before a blood test.

Yes. 24 hours for T4 & T3

Last dose T3 should be 8-12 hours before test

I take my T3 in the morning & I usually get my blood test in the morning - so I do 24 hours
