Hello Liothyronine3 and welcome to the forum :

There is nothing on your bio - do you have a thyroid- are you with a thyroid AI disease - please complete so we can support you better :

Do you have a T3 blood test reading there as well ?

It looks like you need to reduce T4 down - but can't say much without complete T3/T4 blood test results from same blood draw.

Welcome to the forum

My anxiety spikes if my FT4 is at the top of the range and I experience ‘hyper like’ symptoms of fast pulse, palpitations etc, so you may benefit from a reduction in Levothyroxine. I also experience anxiety if I adjust medication too quickly, either increases or decreases. I personally would start by a reduction of 12.5mcg Levo (using a pill cutter helps). We advise retesting levels 6-8 weeks after being on a consistent dose.

We really need to see your FT3 level as this will provide a complete picture of your thyroid health. I wouldn’t advise adding more Liothyronine without a full thyroid test. Have you tested key thyroid vitamins (ferritin, folate, B12 and vit D)?

Have you ever had antibodies tested to determine if your thyroid condition is auto immune (aka Hashimotos)?

If your GP is unable to complete all the above (eg if TSH is within range, some surgeries may not be able to access FT4 and FT3 tests), you could look to do this privately, as many forum members do, for a better picture of your thyroid health:
