Here are latest results.

Currently on 125mg Levothyroxine

As my T4 is quite good, is there room for improving T3.

Thank you

Free T4 (fT4) 19.9 pmol/L (11.9 - 21.6) 82.5%

Free T3 (fT3) 4.4 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 35.1%

T4:T3 Ratio 4.523

So you aren't converting very well, do you have results for folate, B12, Vit D and ferritin?

I think you meant on headline….how to improve Ft3?

What are your most recent vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin results

Looking at previous posts you were increasing dose vitamin D after last test

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

If vitamin levels are optimal, then looking at get T3 prescribed alongside Levo

Here’s link for how to request Thyroid U.K.list of private Doctors emailed to you, but within the email a link to download list of recommended thyroid specialist endocrinologists who will prescribe T3

Ideally choose an endocrinologist to see privately initially and who also does NHS consultations

So you can reduce dose vitamin D a bit

Folate on lower side

What B vitamins are you taking

In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate folate supplement (eg Jarrow methyl folate 400mcg)

Post discussing how biotin can affect test results

Igennus Super B Complex

I took Igennus Super B12 for a while

Will

Look at the folate options.

So in week before test take a daily Methyl folate when you stop B complex

You might find it generally a good idea to add a separate folate supplement couple of times a week
