blood test coming up

I have an appointment with my private endo at the end of the month and was wondering whether I need to delay taking my T3 24 hrs prior to the test? I always leave my T4 before it but I have to split my T3 as it’s taken in 2 doses, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

For T3 the maximum time is 8-12hrs, so delay 2nd dose that day before the test.

Thank you, my last dose of T3 will be 3pm, I’ll be doing my bloods around 8.30am the following day so that’s fine 🙂

That’s over 17 hours. Delay 2nd t3 dose until after 8.30pm.

Yes I’ll be taking my morning dose at 08.30 after my bloods so I’ll delay previous evening as you said, thank you
