For a number of reasons and with agreement of my endocrinologist, I reduced my liothyronine from 15mcg a day to 10mcg. I also take 100mcg Levo daily. I’ve been on the reduced dose over 4 weeks. I have terrible anxiety about having my bp taken. I monitor it at home and it usually starts high, so I meditate and take it a few times until it settles. Top number is never normal. Last 2 days, I’ve been much calmer and bp has been normal almost from the first attempt. Could this be down to the t3 reduction? I don’t have any increased hypo symptoms. I should be jumping for joy but I always need answers.

BP normal after liothyronine reduction
I should add that over the last 2 and a bit years, I lost lots of weight without trying, bowel movements were looser and more frequent and my anxiety increased. I never really considered I was on too much t3. I’ve now gained 2lbs and bowels are normal and I’m calmer. 🙄
I think if you are a little overmedicated it affects BP. I only take levo but a recent small reduction by my clinician has made me feel a bit calmer. He thinks I'm slightly overmedicated. My BP is still a bit high at first attempt but it doesn't spike really high as it used to. Like you, I need to sit for a while and a few attempts to get it down. It's always the top number that's too high. My pulse however is usually low normal when calm. I've tried several types bp meds in the past but they have little effect and the side effects aren't nice.
My bottom number is usually normal apart from first attempt, but top number hasn’t been - until now. I think I’ve been overmedicated for years, although still often have 60bpm heart rate. If it’s helping my anxiety, I’m happy! Fortunately my GP didn’t put me on medication because he was convinced it was medical anxiety.
Yes, your readings sound similar to mine and I agree anxiety is probably at the heart of it. There was a recent post on here about T4 not being too high as it can have detrimental effects long term so I'm hoping if mine comes down a bit with the reduced dose I'll feel calmer as well as protecting my health. I've learnt though that thyroid is only a part of the jigsaw and overall health, vitamins and iron etc are also crucially important, more so in hypo patients. It's too easy to neglect these at stressful times as I've learnt to my cost.
