please help

I’ve been on here a few times now, at first it started being my TSH and T3 suggesting hyperthyroidism, I was then referred to an endocrinologist and retested and that was then fine however my cortisol was low at 220 so I had a SST yesterday and the results have come back as below which they have said is fine and nothing else is needed to be done. By my baseline is even lower than before? Is this ok? I’m not on any medication.

I feel lethargic and dizzy and flat and nauseous at times. Are these results ok ?
