finally got my results through today with a - no further action - stamped on them 🙄

Anyway I thought I was high you lovely people thought I was low … drum roll ….

TSH: 0.9 - range 0.27-4.5

T3: 4.22 - range 3.1-6.8

T4: 13.1 - range 11-23

I’m saying you lovely guys win - I’m on holiday again (I’m not loaded it’s just fell that way) in wales I’m shattered, bloated etc but … I’ll see how I go now until consultant review in late august 😤

Thank you 😂 we’re in Pembrokeshire and it’s been very nice although today is a bit drizzly it’s still ok for kayaking though 🥰
