good morning everyone please can I ask to pick your brains again long story but I’m really needing help finding a chemist that supplies NHS prescription T3 liothyronine 20mg tablets but it can only be advanz pharma brand from Portsmouth area …. Thank u xx

UPDATE just been to pharmacy to collect ordered advanz pharma 20mg tablets & they tried to give me 10mg morning side which leaves me very poorly & doesn’t actually get to my thyroid same as Teva , Roma , morning side & viatris that’s why I must have advanced pharma my TSH is currently 73.10 because I’ve been on above brand & it hasn’t got to the thyroid pharmacy said they don’t get reimbursed full price for it so they won’t order it !!!! I need some tablets 😭 xx

(PIP code is used by many pharmacy ordering systems.)

If it is a pharmacy which accepts NHS prescriptions, you do not need to use a private message.

(Though I cannot know if there is some other reason for you using a PM.)

Babette mentioned Glasgow in a previous post. Not necessarily where that Asda is.

I'd just try ringing round the pharmacies you can reach.

I'm in the North West but any Asda pharmacy should be able to get it for you. I think they have a couple of wholesalers whereas many other pharmacies just have one. I think the first couple of times I went, they had to phone the supplier to make sure it was available.
