Results on 87t4+5t3TSH 0.03

Ft3 4.6 (3.5-6.5)

Ft4 15(12-23)

What would you recommend stay here or try to increase?

Didn't do well on 100t4 so had to go back to 87 and add 5t3 again.

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

T3 ….day before test split T3 as 2 or 3 smaller doses spread through the day, with last dose approximately 8-12 hours before test

is this how you did your test

Which brand levothyroxine are you taking

Was 100mcg same brand

What vitamin supplements are you taking

When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested

Is your hypothyroidism autoimmune

Yes it's same brand. Since I only take 5mcg T3 (1/4 of a 20mcg tablet) it was 22h after last dose. Those are all good but ferritin needs to go up a bit so I'm supplementing.

Try add another 5mcg T3 roughly 10 hours after waking dose

Retest in 6-8 weeks
