Hello Indike :

Looking back at previous questions -

with some forms of cancer the TSH needs to be kept suppressed at around 0.01 :

Presume you are now taking thyroid hormone replacement - T4 - Levothyroxine -

RAI is known to trash vitamins and minerals -

and for optimal health we need optimal core strength levels of ferritin, folate, B12 and vitamin D to support the body and the utilisation of the thyroid hormone replacement.

If you care to share more information maybe we can better understand how to help you.

After Graves’ disease TSH can remain suppressed

Most important results are Ft4 and Ft3

So for full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested

Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum

Low vitamin levels are extremely common when hypothyroid, especially after RAI

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results.

Do you mean: at what level does FT4 suppress TSH? That would very much depend on the individual. It wouldn't be the same for everyone.

It also very much depends on your FT3 level, and therefore how well you convert. :)
