I’ve read a few articles recently about this ‘wonder’ supplement, one claiming it is nature’s ozempic! Does anyone have any views, and can it be safely taken with thyroid medication do we know? Many Thanks

Tried it - I'll try most things - didn't do anything for me, good or bad, so stopped it. :)

Yes I've used it and think it possibly helped. Only when I started berberine did I very slowly start to lose weight doing exactly same diet and exercise routine. I say possibly because I changed brand of T3 same week so can't say for certain but I believe it was the berberine. My cholesterols, liver, and likely I was insulin resistant all show normal now but I have been exercising this last year so that will definitely be a big factor in bloods.

It's worth a try if you basically have metabolic syndrome. I had one capsule before each meal. They say to only do 3/4 months then have a break, which I've done

To be honest I didn't expect any results but when read can cause diarrhea I jumped at it. Being constipated for years I gladly would have a stomach upset..it didn't though 😒

Hi, yes I did try it, when I remembered to take it, and like a like a lot of us tried to fit in with the restrictions of other meds, however I found it gave me awful diarrhoea! Maybe that’s how you are supposed to lose weight 😵‍💫

When I read it could give you the trots I ordered straight away! I didn't for a minute think it would help with weight loss but i feel it helps with the reasons why you can't lose weight. For me fatty liver and likely insulin resistance would be big factor.I was disappointed it didn't relieve my constipation as that alone would have been fantastic 😁

Oh that’s the last thing I need, as I’m that way inclined! 🫣
