So,

T4 is 13 (9-19)

T3 5.1 (3.5-6.8)

Tsh 0.01 (0.5-4.1)

I'm on 100 mcg or levo and t3 is 37.5mcg

I am gaining weight daily and my legs are super swollen. Can anyone help me on dosage etc

How are you taking your test?

What time of day was it?

Did you stop any B complex you might be taking that contains biotin 4-7 days before?

When did you last take your Levo & T3 prior to the test. Recommended timing to show stable blood levels is 24hrs for Levo & 8-12hrs for T3.

Your folate looked low at 10 a few months back. Are you supplementing it?

Whats your latest Vit D result and how much do you take?

Your FT4 is only 40% of range and needs to be around 70%

How much of a dose increase would you suggest for levo?

At the moment I dont know how you took the test because you haven't answered the questions I asked.

I took my last dose of levo the morning previous to my 9am bloods. And my last dose of t3 was at 7pm the evening before my 9am blood test

Thats slightly too long to leave for T3 spacing so FT3 is showing slightly lower than it should.

You could try an extra 12.5mcgs Levo.

9am blood test. No biotin etc

More importantly: how are you taking your T3? Because that result seems pretty low for someone on 37.5 mcg T3, even if you did leave 2 hours too long between the last dose and the blood draw. Which wouldn't make all that much difference, not enough to account for your high dose.

Do you always take it on an empty stomach, two hours after or one hour before food? And at least two hours away from any supplements/medication?

Yes, I take 1/3 at 9am / 1/3 12pm and 1/3 at 7pm.

OK, so you have breakfast at 10 am, lunch at 1 pm and dinner at 8 pm?

There are different ways to take it but what is better depends on the person. We're all different. Some people only need to take it twice a day. That means it's easier to fit in with food/supplements/medication. Personally, I take it all at once. You have to try different ways to see which suits you best as an individual.
