Teva shortage?

I love Teva thyroxine, it seems to be the only one I function well on. After having lots of problems getting it from my surgery pharmacy I switched to pharmacy2you and it has arrived within 2 days for the last 6 months. However this month it is 2 weeks late and I will run out soon and in phoning them I can’t get a reason why or a date I will get it. I do have a back up of another make but I know it will unbalance how my body functions. Is anyone else having this problem?

Can you ask pharmacy2u to release your prescription so you can take it to somewhere that does have stock?

Personally I found Pharmacy2u difficult to get hold of and get responses from.

Ring and explain to GP surgery you need a new prescription from GP and take to any local pharmacy

Virtually all pharmacies carry Teva as its lactose free and significant number of thyroid patients are lactose intolerant
