Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with 5-HTP and Hashimotos? My T3 was increased and I was seeing massive improvements with my autoimmune urticaria. But in the last week it's been flaring again, which is scaring me. The only thing that I can think that's different that I started taking a supplement for sleep, which has 5-HTP in it. I looked it up and I've seen some things say it inhibits thyroid function. I'm generally extremely sensitive to medication and supplements so tend to notice side effects easily and quickly.Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with 5-HTP and T3/thybon interacting?
