Hi Marz, sorry you’re feel so tired. I am the same… needing to sleep so much during the day… no energy nor strength. I am been taking VitD, VitKMK7 and Magnesium Biglycinate for 2 months now. Due to have a series of blood tests in May. VitD seems to be so important for many biological functions, not just thyroid problems but other autoimmune diseases.

The problem is that once we get older and have many comorbidities life becomes more difficult to cope with. Yes, depressing thought, I know.

Having a cataract procedure on Wednesday afternoon. Had one done over 20 years ago in the other eye. It was easier for me then because I could use my hands but more difficult now as I can barely use my hands because of the progression of nasty RA… very deformed, swollen and most painful.

So sorry you are having to struggle with the RA. Hopefully your next tests will show an improvement and as the weather warms up, you will begin to feel stronger. I have had both eyes 'done' - now doing my best to keep AMD at bay. Am using Red Light Therapy. It may help your RA too.... Do hope the procedure goes well for you. XX
