I have been taking levothyroxin for 40 years. Because of side effects, I do not wish to increase the dose from 100mg but my TSH is very low for my age (0.35) and my energy is low. My GP is sympathetic but is prohibited by the local Clinical Commissioning Group from prescribing NDT.

You would find it a lot cheaper to try Levo + T3.

You are advised to get full thyroid profile bloods done to include TSH, FT4 & FT3 + vitamins ferritin, folate, B12 & D3 and antibodies before your appointment to avoid wasting your first visit.
