Help please… I don’t think I’ve had enough information from my throid test

As I mentioned in my last post I was feeling tired etc and achey. No get up and go. I was awaiting results from Thyroid test that the nurse had assured me she was covering all FT3and 4. Looking at the results I don’t think everything has been covered. My TSH looks ok but if I try and put the photo of test info would someone assess for me please. I mentioned my Ferritin looked low and understand Nice guidelines have altered.

TSH is a bit too high which ties in with the rather low fT4

TSH 1.9 mIU/L (0.3 - 4.2) 41.0%

Free T4 (fT4) 14.6 pmol/L (10 - 22) 38.3%

Need an increase 25mcg and low ferritin won't help

Thanks tigger me. Do you think there should have been an FT3 tested… I don’t understand enough in deciphering results…. I can’t see FT3

We would all hope for a fT3 but even if the Dr requested one it is becoming the norm for the lab to refuse! We can see from your low fT4 that you need an increase as fT3 hopefully tracks along just below if you are a reasonable converter
