lt4 levotyroxine after a month have high blood presure

one month now on lt4 levothyroxine 75mg woke up buzzing head feeling anxious depresed and high blood presure 185/97 i took mycardis and akamon still bp is high and i am confused .. i need to take it another two weeks before ii can have a test .. i also have low pulse 62 and hbp but buzzing in head is so loud that feel dizzy i will appreciate your coments pls

All are typical symptoms of being in need of next dose increase in levothyroxine

Wait two more weeks then

Get blood test early morning, ideally before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
