pass week my bp goes high night time reaces 20/110 all thru the day is between 13/ 14/up to 16.5 any sugetions pls

Eat more fruit & vegetables, reduce salt, take magnesium at bedtime, get some gentle exercise.

ft3 5.18 [2.63-5.70]

ft4 12.87 [9.14-23.83]

They say you're under-medicated. That could be why your blood pressure is high, it's a hypo symptom.

Have you had any tests since? What is your dose now?

doctor said tey are normall no meication unfortunally they dont care i take a pill to relax panadol now she gave me micardis which makes me cough

Ah, ok, so you're not taking levo. Well, your labs aren't exactly 'normal', in-range, yes, but not 'normal'. You FT4 is very low, and your FT3 is too high to be euthyroid. Which suggests your thyroid is struggling a bit. Keep testing to see how the situation evolves.

Panadol is an analgesic, why did she give you that? Micardis is for your hypertension. I think that makes most people cough.
