you haven't included ranges or whether you have a diagnosed thyroid problem and/or are being medicated.

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking

Looking at previous posts you have Hashimoto’s

Just testing TSH is completely inadequate

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested

Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum

Low vitamin levels are extremely common when hypothyroid, especially with autoimmune thyroid disease

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

Testing options and includes money off codes for private testing

So you need to get TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 tested plus all four vitamins

How do you feel?

Can you add more information to your profile Nambo. I think it’s a couple of years since your last post and you were then on 50mcg Levothyroxine.

What is your current medication dosage?

Have you any ongoing symptoms?

Do you have results for FT3 and FT4 in addition to TSH (we need ranges as these can vary between laboratories)

Have you tested key thyroid vitamins recently ( ferritin, folate, B12abd vit D)?
