Hi all,

In the process of trying to sort my adrenals once and for all and in need of the help of an endo. Want to make sure I'm seeing someone who won't take one look at my lio prescription and tell me that's the problem!

Would appreciate if members could DM me about experiences with Mark Spring if possible please. Any notes at all on thyroid or adrenal treatment would be helpful :)

Thanks so much :)

You are advised to get full thyroid profile bloods done to include TSH, FT4 & FT3 + vitamins ferritin, folate, B12 & D3 and antibodies before your appointment to avoid wasting your first visit.
