Latest Bloods on T3 Trial, Comments Please.

Just had my latest MMH tests back, taken under forum recommendations, fasting, Levo 24 hours previous, last T3 dose 10 hours before.

TSH, 0.01 range 0.27 -4.2

FT4, 17.3 range 12-22

FT3, 6 range 3.1 -6.8

I'm currently on 150mcg of Levo and 2x 6.25mcg of T3. Feeling much better on these results, more energy and get up and go.

I was intending to test last week but realised I hadn't stopped B complex in time. I started T3 self sourced beginning of December.

Should I stick on this doseage or tweak it? Thank you.

I would stay as you are

Retest again in another 8-10 weeks including vitamin levels

Think you have answered yourself... "Feeling much better on these results, more energy and get up and go." 🤗

T3 is fast acting but also takes a good few months to really settle, so I'd say stick and enjoy 😁

I found levothyroxine(T4) was awful and felt worse much more with a TSH of 100 and being told I had nothing wrong.

I had severe palpitations and felt awful. The Cardiologist couldn't figure out why I had severe plapitations on T4 as he was recording my pulse during the night.

I then was prescribed Liothyronine (T3) and it was miraculous as palpitations ceased and I felt well. I still feel well

I followed the advice of Dr John Lowe who was also an Adviser to TUK before his accident that caused his demise

If you feel well maintain the current dose....symptoms, or lack off, are crucial....as is an adequate and constant supply of T3.

Well done!

I just wondered if I could feel better. I do feel better than in December, but I guess we are all looking to optimise our health as far as possible. I didnt know if tweaking T3 might get that up a bit higher 😄

Too early to tell. Stay as you are for a couple of months to stabilise
