i want to find on lene to buy tirosint 50mg can you advice from wher . i started lt4 and i am geting very ill rash and dizzy also diarhea headaches ii been taking it one month and i feel more ill than beter i am on 50mg per day .

You need FULL thyroid and vitamin testing 6-8 weeks after any dose change or brand change in levothyroxine

It’s 50mcg (not 50mg)

You know you have Hashimoto’s

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested

Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Low vitamin levels are extremely common when hypothyroid, especially with Hashimoto’s

Low B12 = tinnitus

Low iron or ferritin = breathless

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH and lowest FT4
