My pharmacy filled my prescription with a substitute of Euthyrox. Now I am feeling like I can't sleep, nervous, eye twitching. Anyone experiencing side effects from Euthyrox?

Euthyrox is not a brand of Levo that we have commonly prescribed here in the UK (we are a UK based forum).
If we have any overseas members who have experience of Euthyrox I'm sure they will reply.
However, if you know that these symptoms have started with the change of brand, perhaps you can discuss this with your doctor or pharmacy and ask to be given your original brand that you do well on.
It might help for you to let us know which country you are in?
And does your Euthyrox product contain mannitol?
When I moved to Israel I was given euthyrox as they didn't have the brand I was using in UK and this was the only brand bed proscribe.after a week or so
I felt asful
The formulation of Euthryox changed a while back. But it didn't change everywhere at the same time (and it might still be "old formula" in some countries.) You'll have to check for Israel.
This is just one of many stories:

In the UK, Teva contains mannitol and causes some people many issues. (Others find it excellent.)
Unfortunately, mannitol as a filler causes problems for some. The same change was made to Levothyrox (also by Merck) in France a couple of years ago, and there were so many complaints the manufacturer was forced to bring the old formula back:

So, if you don´t feel well on Euthyrox, it could be because you are on the new formula and mannitol does not agree with you. I have no idea why it´s so problematic for some, but if I had to go back on levo for some reason, I would request a different brand just to be on the safe side.
Interestingly enough, both the manufacturer, doctors, and politicians try to minimise patients´complaints. They try to make it sound like it´s more about hysteria than about the drug actually not working the same anymore. But there are so many stories about how reformulations can be problematic...after Armour was reformulated to have its cellulose content raised, many felt it did not work the same anymore and switched to other brands. And, after Erfa moved manufacturing from one country to another, complaints started poring in once more. So it´s obvious to me that changes to both fillers and manufacturing practices can affect the way a drug works for a given person, even if doctors and manufacturers claim that´s nonsense because the drug still contains the same active ingredient...this is another area where thyroid patients have to fight ignorant doctors.
Exactly! I told my Dr about the symptoms when the pharmacy substituted with Euthyrox. She dismissed me with saying it's the exact same drug as Levothyroxine.
Doctors are useless when it comes to thyroid disease. They think all you need is levothyroxine and that all drugs are the same.
