Depending on which school of thought, your results look good to me. But, how do you feel?

May need more time on current dose before making any sort of judgement of change in dose.

How long had you been in your dose decrease at 75 mcg’s at the date these bloods were taken?

Been on 75 for about 4 weeks

It’s too soon to test then, wisdom on the board is minimum 6 weeks but many see value in waiting a solid 8 weeks.

But - how DO you feel? Has it been up and down for the last 4 weeks? How are the symptoms you had 4 weeks ago that prompted the dose change?

I was on 100 , but palpitations were a lot , so I was cut down to 75

Palpitations are an indication of both over and under medicated.

But testing 4 weeks after a dose change is not recommended, and it’s not recommended to change dosing more than once every 6-8 weeks.

I can’t take 100mcg T4 in one dose I must split them because I would get palpitations… Splitting my dose solved the problem….. people should try splitting dose before they take a reduction!

I would leave it 8 weeks before a dose change before retesting Prosecco1997.

Have your previous palpitations fully subsided? I have had palpitations when both under and over medicated, so it can be quite tricky to work out what the trigger is.

I’m very sensitive to changes in medication and only ever increase or decrease in 12.5mcg Levo doses, alternate days at first
