thanks wavey we are all so lucky to have found this place and I am so grateful to be immersed in such a knowledgeable forum. I learn every day I dip in and cannot thank everyone enough for the knowledge they share so generously. But I mustn’t forget the other indispensable qualities in abundance- empathy and compassion.

I’ll happily second everything you said waveylines ! This forum is amazing and the admins are too! I don’t know what I would have done without it… probably ended up crawling into a dark corner and expired quietly.
Instead, I have been able to educate myself on my condition and get the help and advice I needed to recoup at least a large part of what used to be my normality.
2023 was a hard year with the losses of Drs Peatfield, John Midgely (diogenes) and the wonderful font of knowledge on all things vitamins SeasideSusie as well as some personal issues and I am not sorry to see the back of it!
