How many days after a cold should I wait for blood test?

I have been on 75 mg of Levothyroxine since November 2022 after initially starting on 50 mg and have booked an advanced Medichecks thyroid test on Monday 18 December to get facts about my thyroid and nutrition status. I don’t feel as well as I should, still cold and get bouts of constipation, muscle stiffness, indigestion and migraines so before contacting GP I want to get full test results myself. However I have come down with a heavy cold today and need to know if it would be best to postpone my blood draw and, if so, for how long? Just want results to be as accurate as possible. Thank you
