Low TSH points to hyperthyroidism. High T3 and T4 also point to hyperthyroidism. Your numbers aren't far off, however. Guarantee that my Dr. would be in agreement with your GP. I'd just wait and have it all retested in a few months. Also, I can tell you by experience, that anxiety could be causing the symptoms you describe.
