I posted my results a few days ago high FT3 and high FT4. I was on 156.25 mcg Levo & 25mcg T3. I just dropped 6.25mcg T3 down to 18.75mcg split into 3 x daily.
FT3 : 124 % through range
FT4 : 94 % through range
Coincidentally and very Interestingly just read radd response to thyroidqueen12 post, “T3 and Sugar Crashes”.
thyroidqueen12 my symptoms are very similar in terms of hypoglycaemic symptoms, also difficult to concentrate, unusually high anxiety, feel cold, only way to put it, I feel burnt out. I’ve been over medicated some years ago on T4 only but this time is very different and appears much more difficult. I’m just waiting to test minerals/vitamins and retest thyroid and then adjust dosages again. Appears to be really difficult coming down on the dosages. Also not sure what else if anything I can do. Any advice appreciated.

Travelling with twins must be time consuming and exhausting! You need your thyroid meds working effectively but reading your previous post you have added four increments of both T4 & T3 without labs and are now over medicated.
Excess thyroid hormones can work against us inducing hypo symptoms. Even after your recent med reduction your labs remain too high. If I was you I would make only one change at a time every six weeks to allow your body to reset after each adjustment.
Reduce T3 again by 6.25cg to give a total dose of T3 12.5mcg (split twice a day) and T4 156.25mcg.
After another six weeks reduce T4 dose by 12.5mcg. Be mindful that as T3 levels are reduced, T4 levels should naturally lower by conversion but if T4 remains elevated after another six weeks, reduce again by 12.5mcg. This will give you a total dose of T3 12.5mcg and T4 131.25mcg, which is a more common dosage for many, but the final amount will be dictated by your labs.
Having said that, labs are only a guide to help us from becoming over/under medicated and it is how we feel that matters most. However, because you have overmedicated yourself be mindful that your symptoms may lag behind good biochemistry as the body is dealing now not only with these latest dose changes but the reversal of symptoms caused by the overmedication. This can take many months making it tricky to establish that exact sweet-spot.
Others have already offered great advice regarding nutrients in your previous post.

I’m so very grateful for your very thorough detailed consideration and response. Thank you radd. I take note of everything you’ve said and read it again and again.
One thing I forgot to mention, was insomnia, so severe it’s almost disabling me. The melatonin, valerian, magnesium and more do absolutely nothing. Bracing myself for a rough time!
