Dose increase?

Following up on my previous post - I increased my Armour Thyroid to 1 grain am and 3/4 at about 4:30 pm. Bloods done last week:

TSH 0.01 (0.27 - 4.2)

T4 14.9 (12 - 22)

T3 5.0 (3.1 - 6.8)

Test done 7:30 am with last meds taken at 7:30 the night before - only water to drink in the morning.

I’m still very sluggish in the mornings and on the tired side plus a little constipated. However generally feeling a lot better with only occasional breathlessness. Heart beat is lower but still takes a long time to come down after exercise.

I still feel as though dose could be increased a little but not sure how as I did feel overdosed on 1 grain am and one pm.

You could try just increasing the morning dose. You don't have to increase them both at the same time.
