Anyone taking hydrocortisone with mid-high serum cortisol, but lowish saliva?

Hi All,

I am trying to evaluate my options.

Next is cortisol. My blood serum is always good, over midrange to high, but saliva tends to be low on a couple of points and normal/high on the other three (I do 5 point saliva).

I have some hydro at home, but not sure I should take it with good blood serum...

Any opinions experiences very, very welcome!
